Emporium D is packaged in an Emporium D branded pouch and box.
If you are sending a gift, simply select 'gift' in the shipping options and provide a personalised message to the gift recipient. Emporium D will deliver the gift direct to the recipient and provide the personalised message on exclusive Emporium D stationery.

How much does shipping cost
Shipping within Australia is at a flat rate of $5. Express shipping within Australia is at a flate rate of $8.50.
Shipping to New Zealand is at a flat rate of $10 AUD.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a full refund or exchange on items which are unworn and in a brand new condition when you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item by you.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons (except as required by law).
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please log into your account on our website and put in a return request. If you do not have an account, please submit a return request by emailing us at info@EmporiumD.com.au prior to sending the item back. Then, return the item by sending the item back to us with the original invoice, and with all tags attached within 7 days of receipt of the item by you.
All returns and exchanges will be at the buyer's expense (including all postage costs for the items being sent back to us, and the exchanged item being sent back to you) and the item, invoice and original tags will be sent back to us with registered post. The shipping cost on the original order will not be refunded.
